Customer Service Representative – Temporary contract

INTRODUCTION

We are looking for help during our peak season (October 2022-February 2023) to support our French/Italian/English speaking customers.

You do not have to speak all three languages, but this combination would be awesome:

• French and English
• Italian and English

Every day you will contribute with your own style to enable our customers to have a unique shopping experience. Dare to take the first step and embark on this adventure: Your creativity and enthusiasm for helping others ensure that customer concerns (deliveries, warranty claims, returns and others) are dealt with and resolved effectively and piratically. In addition, you ensure that customers choose the right product

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In order to master all of this successfully, you bring the following qualities with you:

• Good written and oral knowledge of French/Italian/English.
• You have a good basic technical knowledge.
• You enjoy being in contact with customers and are a team player.
• Thanks to your quick wits, you can quickly adapt to customers and keep a cool head.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

• Full-time contract for the period of three to four months
• Possibility to work 80% to 100% of working time. Salary will follow working time percentage
