Truck Driver Recruiter

We are looking for a communicative person to be responsible for recruiting qualified drivers through effective sourcing and selection strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Interview, screen and pre-qualify applicants
• Utilize digital platforms to promote job openings and communicate with potential candidates/truck drivers
• Create new innovative ways to advertise open positions using resources like email, text and social media
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work".

Truck Driver Requirements:

• Proficiency in Office software, including Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Previous experience desirable, but not mandatory
