Graphic Designer

We’re an exciting start-up in the Crypto/Blockchain ecosystem. Headquartered in Switzerland and with offices in Belgium and Serbia, we’re looking to expand our operation to other locations in Europe and Southeast Asia.

The Role:

• In this newly created role, we're looking for a Graphic Designer to provide support to the Marketing Team.
  
• You will be integral to the successful running of Marketing. We’re looking for a person who is:
  
• highly organized with a willingness to take on responsibilities
  
• diligent, supportive and understanding of the needs and asks of a small and dynamic team
  
• an energetic individual who is not afraid of getting his/her “hands dirty”
  
• creative, problem-solver and who is capable of going around unexpected challenges while keeping a logical thinking

The Ideal Candidate:

• A graduate, preferably in Design or related fields
  
• 2 years of experience in similar roles
  
• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)
  
• Ability to think ‘outside the box’
  
• Capable of managing different projects at the same time
  
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  
• Analytical skills with an eye for detail: able to produce high quality visual across various platforms
  
• Ideally prior experience in graphic design, web design, UI, design or other relevant role
  
• A fast learner, who can go out of his/her comfort zone when necessary
  
• Great team-player - being flexible with new ideas, being open to direction and changes.
  
• Understanding of financial & crypto markets is a plus, though not mandatory
  

What will you be doing:

• Creating design content for digital and print
  
• Creating mockups and visuals mostly for digital channels
  
• Develop and communicate design ideas
  
• Collaborate with designers and project managers
  
• Be proactive and contribute to the overall success of the products
