Your main responsibilities would be:

  • Providing daily mentoring and coaching for team members with the goal of achieving targets and expectations.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the results and the quality of work and providing prompt feedback.
  • Analyzing and improving current processes.
  • Ensuring a high degree of motivation in the team.
  • Taking responsibility for the team's performance and work.
  • Creating an environment suitable for success by promoting and recognizing each person’s initiatives and efforts.
  • Successful coordination of tasks and responsibilities to different stakeholders (team members, business manager, client).
  • Reporting to the business manager of the project.

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent knowledge of English language (C1/C2)
  • 1+ years of work experience in customer support industry would be an advantage
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to analyse and solve complex issues that may require research and creative solutions, making sound decisions with limited supervision
  • Ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and display professional ethical conduct
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to work in a team of peers
